To complement the building's striking exterior - we used tactile and robust materials to provide a sense of permanence and solidity to the design. The project features a massing that takes full advantage of site wind patterns to create a favorable experience for office tenants, as well as patrons of the seafood market and eatery.

Our client sought to create a development in Houston that featured a seafood focused market and eatery directly adjacent to each other. On the upper floors, commercial office space was integrated into the program.
